Refund policy

Refunds, replacements and exchanges can only be issued if:

• The products are returned within 14 days of sale

Customers are required to pay return shipping fees when returning an order.

If you are returning an order over £50, you should use tracked shipping.

Once we have received your return and it has been checked, you will receive an email from us to notify you that your refund has been approved. Your original method of payment will be refunded and you can expect to receive this within 5-10 days.
